	TRANSITIONAL WORK

	I have made my mark in the art world with my attention to minute detail. My focus has been... focus. I now feel drawn to the nuance of light and shadow and I intend to explore the way that inferring an object challenges me rather than a realistic rendering. I haven't decided what to call this. Is it impressionism or abstract realism? As usual, I will leave the definitions to those who seek comfort in labels. As for myself, I see it as "evolutionary expressionism". Catchy?
